I travelled to Ireland, Sweden and all over the USA working with the best renown coaches. All of the education gave me knowledge, but it wasn’t until I really put my mindin my body, and truly embarked on a journey of body mastery when things truly shifted for me. I became my own experiment. And I didn’t just “recover.”

As a mind-body transformation coach and movement expert, I’ve spent years helping women reclaim their strength—physically, emotionally, and mentally. My journey began as a Division I athlete, and during my final year of university, I was hit by a car and required a metal plate in my body. That recovery deepened my understanding of how to work with the body—not just train it. Years later, I gave birth naturally at 39, with no epidural or pain meds, and once again witnessed the body’s power to heal, adapt, and RISE. Today, I help postpartum women rebuild from the inside out—restoring their core, their confidence, and their connection to who they are. Because you don’t have to lose yourself in motherhood. Honestly, if you plan to get pregnant, come before you do! But if you are post pardum, you can start as early as 6 weeks postpartum with clearance from your healthcare provider. We also work with women who are months—or even years—postpartum. It’s never too late to rebuild your strength.
